In the context of the International Symposium on Snow 2022, a group of researchers visited the Davos station on 28 September 2022. The excursion was lead by Iris Feigenwinter (ETH Zurich, ICOS Station PI) and Philip Meier (ETH Zurich, Research Technician). Even though it was a rainy day, the weather stayed dry during the excursion and there was even some sun when we explored the subcanopy of the spruce forest. Both the info board and the excursion guide were helpful in explaining all the details of our wonderful station.
