ICOS station PI of the Czech site Lanzhot visits Davos station.
It is always great to meet colleagues from the ICOS community! Natalia Kowalska from the CzechGlobe research institute and ICOS station PI of the Czech site Lanzhot (CZ-Lnz), visited the Grassland Sciences Group of ETH Zurich this July/August to work together with the data scientist Lukas Hörtnagl on the (post)processing of CH4 fluxes. On 12 August, Iris Feigenwinter (ICOS station PI of Davos station) showed Natalia the ICOS Class 1 Ecosystem Station Davos. Philip Meier (ICOS technician Davos) and Henriikka Vekuri (member of the Grassland Sciences Group) joined Natalia and Iris for a productive field day in the Davos spruce forest, also happy to escape the Zurich summer heat.
