The call for abstract to the ICOS Science Conference 2026 is open until 6 March 2026.
This year's ICOS Science Conference will be held in Lund, Sweden, and online 15-17 September 2026. The overarching theme is "Science, Data, Services: Together for Climate Action". The session themes cover a broad range of topics within the three ICOS domains - Atmosphere, Ecosystem and Ocean. ICOS-CH is actively involved in convening three of the sessions:
Session 14: Greenhouse gas fluxes in agroecosystems: processes, measurements and management implications. Co-convened by Iris Feigenwinter (ETH Zurich, Davos Station PI)
Session 17: Urban greenhouse gas emissions and sinks: from advanced monitoring to source identification and impact. Co-convened by Stavros Stagakis (University of Basel, Basel Station PI)
Session 33: Science and arts: How to communicate science? Co-convened by Nina Buchmann (ETH Zurich, ICOS-CH Focal Point)
The abstract submission deadline is 6th March 2026, 15:00 CET.
